Refund applications for Wide Awake 2020 are no longer available. When the event was cancelled in April we set a deadline of May 28th 2020 for collecting refund information. In keeping with current regulations we extended this until June 5th 2020, when the event was supposed to take place, but now that date has passed we can no longer process refunds.

Wide Awake will return on 4 June 2021 and any ticket holders who didn’t request a refund by June 5th 2020 have automatically had their tickets rolled over and they will be valid for Wide Awake 2021. In addition, anyone who retained their ticket for next year will receive their first drink free at Wide Awake 2021 as a way of us saying thanks for retaining your ticket.
